1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Plumi ("the Service"), operated by Devvela Inc ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plumi is a LinkedIn content management platform that helps users plan, generate, and publish LinkedIn posts using artificial intelligence. The Service includes content plan creation, AI-powered post generation, image selection, and automated LinkedIn publishing.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. LinkedIn Integration

By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize Plumi to access your LinkedIn profile, read your recent posts (for style analysis), and publish content on your behalf. You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from the Settings page. You remain responsible for all content published to LinkedIn through Plumi.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated by Plumi is produced using artificial intelligence and is provided as a starting point. You are encouraged to review and edit all content before publishing.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published to LinkedIn, whether manually or via auto-publish.
  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect your views. Use your judgment before publishing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or prompts used by the Service
  • Use the Service to impersonate another person or entity
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through Plumi, including AI-generated content that you have reviewed and approved. The Plumi platform, including its design, code, AI prompts, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Devvela Inc.

8. Payment and Billing

  • Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devvela Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
